Goal Accelerator Award Ceremony in Phoenix
JA Mascareignes celebrated the achievements of 41 young women who completed the Goal Accelerator Programme, with 27 participants from Triolet and 14 from Rivière Noire, during a certificate ceremony at the National Women Development Centre in Phoenix.
Over the past months, they strengthened their skills, built their confidence and explored opportunities in entrepreneurship, employability, financial literacy, digital skills, leadership, health and wellbeing.
Behind every certificate is a story of courage, perseverance and transformation.
Since its launch in Mauritius in 2024, Goal Accelerator has supported more than 268 young women in Mauritius and Rodrigues, helping many launch or grow their businesses, access employment or pursue further studies.
A heartfelt thank you to the Goal Coaches, mentors, facilitators, partners, volunteers and all the experts who continue to walk alongside these women throughout their journey.
Implemented by JA Mascareignes with the support of Women Win and the Standard Chartered Foundation, Goal Accelerator is about more than skills, it is about empowering young women to believe in themselves, build their future and create lasting change.
