PMIEF partners with JA Africa for the JA Company Program
The 2021 edition of the Company Program will see the partnership between JA Africa and Program Management Institute Educational Foundation.
The flagship JA Mascareignes Program will incorporate important Project Management tools and curriculum. This will enable the participants to organise their business in such a way that they will be able to mitigate risks and ensure that they mobilise resources in the most effective way.
Registration for the JA Mini Company Program 2021 will start as from June 2021.
JA Mascareignes Fun Quiz Final
The JA Mascareignes Fun Quiz Final took place on Friday, 18th December 2020. It saw the participation of the top 10 participants of the JA Mascareignes Fun Quiz.
The 10 participants faced 30 questions on Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy and Work Readiness. It was a close competition for a most of the quiz. The final result is as follows:

JA Mini Company Final 2020
EG Company won the JA Mini Company Final 2020.
The final was held on Thursday 10th December, at Alliance Française Bell Village. It saw the participation of the top 5 teams in this year’s edition of the JA Mini Company program. The winners were:
- Winning Team: EG Company Ltd
- Runner Up: Build Mo Business
- Innovation and Creativity Award: A&L Company Ltd
- Leadership Award: Nabiihah Abdool (Jardineco Ltd)
The final consisted of a 5mins business pitch for each team, followed by a Q&A session with the members of the jury.
The jury was made up of:
- Sebastien LE BLANC, entrepreneur and founder of MIPS
- Michael POMPEIA, Head of Strategy and Communication at SME Mauritius Ltd
- Chim OKECHA, member of the Leadership Core team at the African Leadership University.
EG Company Ltd will represent Mauritius at the JA Africa Virtual COY 2020 in March 2021.
